WORK PLACE

MOTIVATION EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES

I think work
motivation is more than just completing tasks—it is about being inspired,
feeling valued, and engaged in a higher purpose. Authentic motivation stems
from both intrinsic drivers, such as curiosity, learning, and self-improvement,
and extrinsic drivers, such as recognition, appreciation, and an enabling
culture. I hold dear an environment that is founded on trust, collaboration,
and adaptability, where staff members feel comfortable sharing ideas and
experimenting with creativity. This kind of culture fosters a sense of
belonging, empowerment, and ongoing improvement. When individuals are respected
and encouraged, they not only remain motivated but also perform with passion,
creativity, and commitment, leading to a successful organization.
